Talk to us

Two ways to reach the team

You speak to the people who will actually be laying your driveway or patio — not a scripted enquiry desk. Ring us during the day, or email over a few photographs and rough measurements and we will come back to you.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm. Saturday visits by arrangement — useful if you both work weekdays.

Calls answered or returned the same working day. Emails within one working day, with a written quotation a few days after the site visit.

Helpful detail

What to tell us when you get in touch

None of this is essential — we measure everything properly on site — but it helps us give you a realistic idea of cost and timing on the first call.

  • Rough size of the area

Paces are fine. Two car widths, or roughly ten metres by four, gives us plenty to work with.

  • The current surface

Old concrete, tarmac, shingle or lawn — this drives the excavation and disposal cost more than anything else.

  • Access and parking

Narrow side alley, shared drive, or a tight terraced street in Southsea? Tell us early so we plan the right plant.

  • Your postcode

It tells us the ground conditions we are likely to hit and confirms you are inside our working area.

FAQs

Before you get in touch

Still unsure about something? Call us and ask — we would rather answer questions before a quote than after.

What happens after I call or email?

We call you back to talk through what you are planning and to check a few basics — rough size, access, whether there is an existing surface to remove. If it sounds like a job for us, we book a site visit at a time that suits you, usually including evenings.

What should I have ready for the site visit?

Nothing formal. Any photographs of surfaces you like are useful, as is knowing where you want to park, how many vehicles, and whether anything is planned for the future such as an EV charger, a side gate or a garden room that we should allow ducting or access for.

How long does a quotation take?

Usually a few days after the visit. Larger or more complicated jobs involving drainage design or structural retaining can take a little longer because we price the materials properly rather than estimating.

Do you take a deposit?

For most jobs we ask for a materials deposit before we start, with the balance on completion. Larger projects are staged. Payment terms are set out on the quotation so there are no surprises.
